We would like to encourage some progress by looking at doing things a little bit differently and creating better results. We hear unhappy stories from employers about their current recruitment process and their suppliers – probably with good reason.

We appreciate that sometimes when looking forward that although we all want improvement, there is often a reluctance to change which gives credence to that old saying that says, “the first sign of madness is to continue to do the same things and expect different results” That change therefore needs to be gradual and steady rather than revolutionary.
