I couldn't agree more with having a detailed job description and sealing the deal. It is very important to keep the candidate "in the know" at every stage of the hiring process. What is your take on companies that use Monster/Reed to advertise their jobs? Laziness from the employers side or do they ACTUALLY believe it will generate brand awareness and attract qualified candidates? Great post!
