		<description>What a load of rubbish this is. This is nothing more than an ego massage for the recruitment agents. From my experience, recruitment agents employ junior staff members to shift through the CVs, prejudging all the way! as soon as they see my age or work it out  they cast it aside.
I recently had a reply from a recruitment agent (not often do you get one of these)saying that &quot;other candidates were better suited&quot; What a load of rubbish why don&#039;t they just say it as it is - I was to old at 50.</description>

		<description>Well said David.  Sometimes companies do not see the benefits of using experienced, knowledgeable recruiters who can take away all the hassle involved in recruitment.  We give them back their valuable time to get on with the business.  Recruitment can take up so much time and we are doing it all the time.</description>
