They are out in the business finding out more about their company’s key business drivers and embracing technology to pass this information on to potential employees.
Smart HR Directors now want to see detailed recruitment analytics so that they know what’s working and can ensure their department invests its time wisely. Companies also want to grow their own community of interested job seekers there to tap into, when required.
Technology is enabling all of this.
As HR receives more pressure to reduce hiring costs and becomes more time-starved, it make sense to incorporate technology that will assist in the process. Technology that will allow the tracking of the full recruitment cycle from multiple sources right through the to hire. Technology that will provide an easy platform for communication and provide those necessary detailed analytics. Technology that will seamlessly incorporate into the company’s current systems.
